Refund policy

At SaucyThrift.pk, we sell pre-loved, thrifted articles. All items are unique, and due to their used nature, measurements may vary slightly. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
  • Wrong item delivered (different from order invoice)
  • Major defect/damage not disclosed in listing
• Size issues or minor measurement differences due to wear or pre-owned nature do NOT qualify for return or refund.
• Items purchased during sales, story promotions, or clearance events are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

2. Process

• Customers must notify SaucyThrift.pk within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with photographic evidence.
• All claims are reviewed case-by-case, and SaucyThrift.pk reserves the right to accept or reject any request.
• If approved, the item must be shipped back in its original condition within 3 business days.

3. Costs

• Customers are responsible for two-way shipping charges unless the mistake is solely on SaucyThrift.pk’s side.
• Refunds, if approved, exclude shipping costs.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only provided in the following cases:
  • Ordered item is out of stock after payment
  • Wrong item delivered and exchange is not possible
• Refunds are processed within 3–4 working days via bank transfer after verification.

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

• Size or personal preference complaints
• Minor imperfections as described in listing
• Measurement variations due to wear or pre-owned condition
• Sale or promotional items
• Damage caused after delivery by the customer

6. Company Disclaimer

• SaucyThrift.pk is not responsible for:
  • Courier delays, loss, or damage during transit
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Size/measurement discrepancies, minor wear, or imperfections
• Once an order is dispatched, risk passes to the courier service.
