📄 Terms & Conditions – Saucy Thrift.pk

1. General

By purchasing from Saucy Thrift.pk, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Saucy Thrift.pk operates as a thrift/preloved clothing reseller. Items may contain minor imperfections due to their preloved nature.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • Priority is given to customers who complete payment first.

  • Articles can be reserved/held on request; however, once held, Saucy Thrift.pk is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage during the hold period.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship nationwide via third-party courier services.

  • Delivery timelines vary by courier and location.

  • Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, Saucy Thrift.pk holds no liability for loss, delay, or damage in transit.

  • Customers agree that the courier’s terms apply after dispatch.

4. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • No returns or exchanges due to the nature of thrift/preloved items.

  • Refunds are not applicable for:

    • Lost or damaged held articles

    • Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels after dispatch

  • In case of overpayment, the amount will be refunded within 3–4 working days after verification.

  • Refunds, where applicable, are only processed via the original mode of payment.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.

  • If payment is not received within the given time, Saucy Thrift.pk reserves the right to cancel or release the reserved item.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate details (address, phone number, etc.). Saucy Thrift.pk is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

  • Customers are expected to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Saucy Thrift.pk’s responsibility ends once:

  • The parcel is handed over to the courier, or

  • The article is marked as held for the customer.

Under no circumstances shall Saucy Thrift.pk, its owners, or staff be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Reply to story/DM to book your article.

  • Payment first = order confirmed (T&Cs apply).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is no longer available.

  • Shipping rates for Rawalpindi & Islamabad are no longer fixed; charges are based on weight:

    • Up to 2 kg = Rs. 350

    • Additional charges apply if weight exceeds 2 kg

  • Advance payment required for all cities.

  • Held articles are customer’s responsibility. Saucy Thrift.pk is not liable for loss/damage of held items.

  • Once dispatched, the courier company is responsible for delivery.

  • No returns or exchanges (final sale).

  • Refunds (in case of overpayment only) take 3–4 working days.

  • Prices are fixed – no bargaining.
