🚚 Delivery Coverage & Payment Terms

1. Islamabad & Rawalpindi

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is no longer available.

  • Advance payment is required for all orders.

  • Delivery Charges (DC):

    • Up to 2kg: PKR 350

    • If weight exceeds 2kg: Additional charges will apply

  • Delivery Timeline: 7–10 working days

  • Serviceability depends on courier coverage in your specific area.

2. Rest of Pakistan

  • Advance payment required (COD not available anywhere in Pakistan).

  • Delivery Charges:

    • Up to 2kg: PKR 350

    • Additional weight charges may apply if parcel is heavier

  • Delivery Timeline: 7–10 working days (may vary by location and courier performance)

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by weather, holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • All shipments are subject to courier company terms once dispatched.

  • COD is no longer offered for any city.

💳 Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer / Online Payment (required for all regions)

  • COD is not available.

📌 Return, Re-shipping & Fee Policy

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in all scenarios, including returns, rejections, or failed deliveries.

  • If an order is returned, rejected, or undelivered due to reasons such as:

    • Incorrect address

    • Customer unavailable

    • Customer rejecting the parcel

    • Courier unable to reach
      → The customer will be required to pay delivery charges again for re-shipping.

  • In case of disputes or delivery issues, re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
